Community Support Services (CSS)

We help remove barriers to thriving for trans folks by providing the resources and support to access medical care, mental health care, legal support, and community connections which are often difficult to navigate on our own. We are partnered with Legal Services of Northern California (LSNC) who provide legal support and consultation.

Our community care managers and specialists provide case management support, direct referrals, accompaniment, health education, and linkages to what our community needs.
