Let's Talk, For Real...
The world we are living in is really hard right now. Our beloved communities are being impacted in ways that affect our emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental wellness. GHC sees you! We know many two-spirit, transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive, BIPOC, and immigrant folks are feeling the weight of sadness, anger, hopelessness, fear, and despair. It’s okay to feel all the feels and you don’t have to feel it alone! You are important and we care about you. In this space we openly talk about thoughts and feelings of suicide and despair. This clinical group meets virtually, twice monthly.
